Payment & reservation
To book a guided tour with Bike Ibiza it is essential to pay 100% of the total activity in advance. In case of not receiving the payment, the availability of bicycles and/or guide is NOT guaranteed.
General
Please be on time at the time agreed with Bike Ibiza.
The use of a helmet is mandatory.
Children under the age of 16 must attend the guided activity accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is essential to come to the guided tour with clothing and footwear suitable for cycling.
The activity will not be performed in case any of the participants present symptoms of drunkenness or drug use.
Persons who do not know how to use a bicycle correctly can not participate in the guided tour.
The guided tour is not an activity to learn to ride a bicycle, it is an activity designed to enjoy the natural environment for those who know how to use a bicycle correctly.
Insurance
Bike Ibiza has an accident and liability insurance during guided activities.
To participate in the tour you must have your own insurance that covers you in the event of an accident.
If due to an injury or fall during the tour/trip, you cannot continue to participate, there will be no reimbursement of the sum paid to us.
During the guided activity
It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the guide and to follow him at all times.
Participants can not advance the guide at any time during the activity.
Participants must observe traffic regulations at all times.
Reckless or uncontrolled driving is prohibited.
Alcohol consumption is completely discouraged, partly due to the summer heat and the difficulty of the tracks, its use is entirely at your own risk.
A competitive attitude that can cause dangerous situations to any participants or other users
of the public road, is totally prohibited.
Failure to comply with the rules mentioned during the activity will entail the cancellation of the
activity without the right to economic reimbursement.
Damage and theft
As a renter of the bicycle, you are solely responsible for all damage to the bicycle and for all extras that
you have requested with your rental. Bike Ibiza offers NO cover in the event of theft of
the rented bike. The responsibility for theft rests solely with the CUSTOMER.
In the event of theft, the value of the bicycle must be paid at the current market price.
Pictures/videos
It is possible that photos and/or videos will be made during the activity. These are originally
intended only for yourself. You will receive the photos after the activity. It is possible that these will
be shared via social media. If you don’t agree with this, please let us know. We will take this
into account.
Climatology
The reservation is for outdoor activity, depending on the weather of the day. The rain is no obstacle to cycling. On the day itself, you can check when is the best time to leave. In situations of bad weather, associated with red level warnings from the Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET), the activity may be canceled and the deposit returned.

To cancel a reservation:
More than 72 hours prior to the start of the activity:

Less than 72 hours before the start of the activity:
– There will be no partial refund of the amount paid in advance, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Number of booked bikes
If a reservation has been made for x amount of people and on the day of the booking, there are fewer
people attending the tour, you will have to pay for the initial amount of people that you
reserved for. The bikes have been reserved for you already and these have to be paid.
Conditions
When booking, the participant indicates to have read and accepted the aforementioned
conditions. The participant also indicates that he is in good condition (physical and psychological) to
participate in the bike tour.
Everyone in the group is aware of and agrees to the approved terms for this activity.
The person making the reservation must share our terms with the entire group.
